Your new role

• Operating and setting up packaging machinery (where trained) to meet production targets
• Conducting quality inspections and in-process checks to ensure compliance with specifications
• Handling packaging materials and labels in accordance with GMP and SOPs
• Completing line clearance procedures and maintaining contamination control
• Accurately recording material usage, batch details, and equipment logs
• Reporting on output rates, equipment performance, and safety issues
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
• Training and mentoring team members once competency is achieved

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG
• Strong understanding of GMP and quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sound literacy and numeracy skills
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
