Are you a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional or a mid-level accountant with strong financial systems knowledge and investigative skills? We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Receivable specialist for a 3-month contract with a leading WA-based organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role where your ability to work independently and navigate complex financial systems will be highly valued.

We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously, and has a solid understanding of banking, reporting, and financial reconciliation. Whether you're a senior AR expert or a mid-level accountant with strong P&L and balance sheet knowledge, your ability to trace costs across multiple systems and understand subledgers will be key to your success.


Your new role

  • Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently
  • Prepare and post financial allocation journals, resolving discrepancies
  • Accurately receipt and allocate all bank entries and revenue
  • Perform weekly and monthly AUD and FX bank reconciliations
  • Navigate and manage multiple AR systems (including SAP) and system interfaces
  • Set up and maintain customer profiles and bank account masterdata
  • Process customer/grower invoices and resolve invoice errors across manual and RPA systems
  • Administer the corporate credit card program (500+ cards), ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
  • Support the AR Supervisor during the transition to S4 Hana, including account investigations and month-end reporting


What you'll need to succeed

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or accounting functions
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and other financial systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to trace and reconcile complex transactions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills
