Your new role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in the delivery of a finance system replacement project, including ERP implementation. You’ll collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the new system meets operational and strategic needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in finance system implementations, ideally within ERP environments
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Experience in change management and process optimisation
