About the Role:
Join a respected NSW Government department as a
Senior Customer Service Consultant. This is a great opportunity to contribute to public service delivery in a back-office environment, supporting internal and external stakeholders through administrative excellence and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to complex customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal systems and records.
- Provide administrative support across customer service operations.
- Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution in line with departmental policies.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate responses and ensure service standards are met.
- Contribute to process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior customer service contact centre role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in government or regulated environments is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
