Your new role
As the Payroll/HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining employee data accuracy and supporting both payroll operations and generalist HR tasks. You’ll handle end-to-end payroll processing, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Previous end-to-end Payroll experience
  • Experience using MicroPay or a similar payroll system
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards/Enterprise Agreements, and tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Solid communication skills and confidence in handling employee queries
