Your new role

The role involves maintaining a wide array of industrial equipment, including crushers, conveyor systems, pumps, pipework, ball mills, concentrators, vibrating screens and feeders, cranes and hoists, cyclones, as well as their associated tanks, launders, and steelworks. The general tasks required to keep this machinery in optimal working condition include fitting and machining components, conducting preventative maintenance checks, performing inspections, and carrying out fabrication as needed. These duties ensure the continuous and efficient operation of critical systems within the processing plant.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical
• Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance within mining
• Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in remote and physically demanding conditions
• Current driving licence (HR preferred); forklift or elevated work platform tickets
