x2 Functional Test Lead positions | Banking | Hybrid Working | Permanent Role

The role
These are brand-new roles for business and are hands-on technical leadership positions. They are not people manager roles but may have mentorship responsibilities from time to time.

Your day-to-day will include:

Develop test strategies, test plans and approaches and testing practices/processes across diverse test levels.
Ensures test cases are captured with traceability and executed using Test Cycles using JIRA/Zephyr for Test management and Defect management.
Works closely with the Business stakeholders, Product Owner and Scrum team to ensure proper test coverage of all items contained in the test specifications.

Experience Required

Minimum 8+ years experience in Testing / QA
4+ years experience in a Test Leadership position
Proven experience in designing and implementing QA best practice
Good understanding of API, SOAP and REST Protocols and ability to understand XML payloads
Knowledge of source control and version management tools such as Bit bucket and GITAPI Testing
Postman
Zephyr
Good understanding of Automation Testing (Selenium)
Understanding of mobile testing (Appium)

Desirable experience
Open Banking experience
Boomi Experience
