They are seeking an experienced business development manager who thrives on building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Your new role
Prospect via cold calls, digital outreach and networking
Qualify & close new accounts across, taxi-truck, freight forwarding, courier and warehousing
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that address client objectives
Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging industry trends
Shape and mentor the sales function
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years’ BDM/senior sales leadership in transport, taxi truck, logistics or freight forwarding
Proven cold-calling prowess and resilience
Commercial end-to-end supply-chain understanding warehousing, local & international freight, courier services
Self-starter who thrives on autonomy
