This highly reputable consultancy firm based in Melbourne are looking to develop their finance team by recruiting for an Accounts Officer on a permanent basis.

Your new role

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • End to end accounts receivable
    • Process invoices accordingly and accurately
    • Follow up with any customers with outstanding payments
    • Reconcile client accounts
    • Handle customer queries
  • End to end accounts payable
    • Process invoices in a timely manner
    • Daily bank reconciliations
    • Reconciling company accounts
    • Handle queries
  • Assist with month-end duties
  • Assist with general adhoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have solid Accounts Receivable experience and excellent communication skills to engage confidently with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. While familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is not essential, experience with the system is highly advantageous.
