We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Management and Migration team, part of the Technical stream. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy systems to the new SAP SuccessFactors solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of data management and migration strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist in designing and maintaining data migration plans and reconciliation frameworks.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to document legacy data requirements and extraction criteria.
- Conduct data profiling and support source data cleansing activities.
- Analyse legacy HCM and payroll data sources and develop source-to-target mapping documentation.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and migration within large organisations.
- 3+ years working with HR data sets in HCM systems, ideally including payroll.
- 3+ years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SAP Payroll.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
