They are seeking technical and specialised Life Insurance Claims professionals to add to their growing department.


Your new role

Working as a Senior Life Insurance Claims Manager you will be:
  • Working with the Senior Manager & Executive team to review & update policies, processes and workflows
  • Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the life insurance claims assessment space
  • Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
  • Examine and request additional information where a complex claim has been raised for further investigation, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
  • Utilising your knowledge of the legislation governing this sector to analyse and update policies where required
  • Assisting in audits, risk reviews, data trend analysis and other reports where required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive experience in Life Insurance Claims (required)
  • Experience in writing life insurance policies, risk management and leadership
  • Competent knowledge of specialist/technical end-to-end claims assessment process
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Life Insurance
