They are seeking technical and specialised Life Insurance Claims professionals to add to their growing department.
Your new role
Working as a Senior Life Insurance Claims Manager you will be:
- Working with the Senior Manager & Executive team to review & update policies, processes and workflows
- Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the life insurance claims assessment space
- Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
- Examine and request additional information where a complex claim has been raised for further investigation, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
- Utilising your knowledge of the legislation governing this sector to analyse and update policies where required
- Assisting in audits, risk reviews, data trend analysis and other reports where required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in Life Insurance Claims (required)
- Experience in writing life insurance policies, risk management and leadership
- Competent knowledge of specialist/technical end-to-end claims assessment process
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Life Insurance
