This role will be responsible for strategically leading the Organisational Change Management function within the Transformation Office for a NSW Mutual bank.

Your new role

In this role, you will lead the Organisational Change Function, as well as a team of 10-15 change professionals. You will be responsible for:

  • Change Strategy Development and Leadership
  • Stakeholder and Leadership Engagement
  • Change Impact Assessment and Risk Management
  • Employee Engagement and Adoption
  • Training and Support
  • Monitoring and Measuring Change Effectiveness
  • Change Communication and Messaging
  • Change Management Methodology
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Leadership Development and Coaching
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previously led a central change function, including leading a team of high-performing change professionals.
  • Experience working in the banking industry and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts organisational change.
  • Experience managing a change portfolio with an enterprise view of changes across an organisation.
  • Experience with large-scale transformational change, risk management, and the integration of new banking practices and technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies and best practice.
  • Experience coaching leaders to lead change
  • Experience identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to uplift frameworks and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills are essential to the success of this role.
You must be able to work in the office across multiple locations in Homebush and Sydney CBD.
