Your new role

• Designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions
• Selecting technologies and platforms that meet project needs
• Defining system interfaces and data flows
• Creating architectural diagrams and documentation
• Coordinating implementation and resolving technical challenges
• Engaging in forums like the Design Authority and Architecture Review Board
• Producing high-level and detailed design documents
• Providing feedback on architectural standards and procurement assessments

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in the ICT industry
• 2+ years producing solution architecture/system design documentation
• Experience with secure government systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• TOGAF or equivalent certification
• Experience in global ICT environments
• Familiarity with ISM and Essential 8 controls
• Cloud computing and integration expertise
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-prem, private cloud, SaaS)
• Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold a minimum NV1 security clearance. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
• Location: Canberra, ACT-based candidates only, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of the role.
