• Lead and manage the execution of a major pre-feasibility study
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality study outcomes
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks
• Engage with stakeholders to align study objectives with operational goals
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and long-term value creation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations

• Proven experience in managing mining studies, ideally in gold or similar commodities
• Underground and Open pit experience (preferably in both)
• Strong understanding of full life cycle mining operations
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Background in engineering, geology, or mining-related disciplines
• Ability to work autonomously and drive strategic outcomes
