Your new role
As an APS5 Brand Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing brand governance across a wide range of touchpoints. You’ll support the development and implementation of brand policies and procedures, manage brand assets, and contribute to creative consistency across campaigns and communications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting brand governance processes, including logo usage and trademark management.
- Coordinating brand consistency across design, social media, TV, website, UX, and service design.
- Managing and improving a digital asset management system to track brand resource usage.
- Administering trademark proposals and monitoring brand misuse.
- Auditing external template usage for brand consistency.
- Assisting with marketing logistics such as participant photoshoots, supplier coordination, and inbox management.
- Conducting desktop research and reporting on campaign performance and expenditure.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Qualifications in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Experience in brand and trademark governance.
- A collaborative and adaptable working style.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for social good.
