Your new company

Your new company is located in the Mount Isa Cloncurry region and operates as a fully functioning gold mining and processing site. Duties may include (but aren’t limited to) plumbing and gas maintenance tasks such as fault-finding, repairs, installations, and preventive work, all carried out in line with relevant standards and regulations. Your new role

• Performs plumbing and gas maintenance, including fault-finding, repairs, installations, and preventive works in line with standards and regulations.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and safety compliance, following manufacturer guidelines and health and safety protocols.
• Using digital systems to document maintenance activities like hydraulic flushing and inspections.
• Supports coordination with contractors, mentors apprentices, and contributes to joint projects and technical advice.

What you'll need to succeed

• Holds required licences, including QLD Plumbing Trade Certificate.
• Hold a current manual driving licence.
• Knowledge of hydraulic safety standards and relevant installations and equipment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders across the site.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team within a facilities' management environment.
