Your new company

With long-term funding secured through 2027, this program is reshaping customer experience across digital platforms, CRM, and contact centre technologies using Gen AI and advanced data practices.

Your new role

• Lead workshops and gather high-level business requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners on delivery roadmaps
• Support Episodes 1–3 (data mapping, BA shaping, AI-driven contact center)
• Document backlog items and support hygiene planning
• Work across CRM, ERP, and digital channels

• Analyse and document data flows across banking systems
• Support data mapping and backend integration
• Work with SQL and scripting to support technical demands
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads and delivery leads

What you'll need to succeed

• 8–10 years’ experience in digital transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Financial services or banking background
• CRM and contact center experience (Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Polly)
• Gen AI exposure is a plus
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset

• 8–10 years’ experience as a Technical BA
• Strong SQL, scripting, and data flow understanding
• Experience with data lakes and backend systems
• Gen AI and CRM/contact center tech exposure
• Financial services experience essential
• Analytical and detail-focused personality
