An ASX listed organisation is seeking a skilled Digital Producer to manage and deliver digital content and features across their websites and platforms. This is a 9-month contract based in Barangaroo, offering a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive daily rate.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day digital production, website updates, and ensuring all content meets quality and brand standards. Working closely with developers, designers, copywriters, and product owners, you’ll help deliver digital projects that support business goals and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage updates and enhancements across websites, apps, and internal tools.
Coordinate digital campaigns and product launches.
Ensure content is accurate, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot CMS issues and manage publishing workflows.
Provide production input for new features and updates.
Support QA processes, including user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
Assist with optimisation and personalisation activities using MarTech platforms.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years working with CMS platforms in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of digital production workflows and QA processes.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely).
Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
