Your new role

We are seeking two Senior Technical Business Analysts to support a high-impact transformation initiative. These newly created roles require professionals who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and work hands-on with delivery teams to support testing progression and system readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business and technical leads to resolve issues during SIT, BAT, and parallel run testing.

• Supporting data analysis and reconciliation across multiple systems.

• Maintaining and updating interface control documents (ICDs).

• Validating integration workflows and ensuring business rules are correctly implemented.

• Managing stories, defects, and progress tracking in JIRA.

• Working closely with Test Managers, Developers, and SMEs to ensure requirements are testable and aligned to design.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large transformation projects, ideally involving cloud migration.

• Strong understanding of system integration testing (SIT), business acceptance testing (BAT), and parallel run testing.

• Ability to analyse and reconcile data across systems (no coding or data analyst background required).

• Experience managing JIRA workflows with strong discipline and traceability.

• Familiarity with interface control documents and integration workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

• Previous experience in strategic reinsurance is highly desirable.
