AWARD-WINNING ENERGY CONSULTANCY SEEKING PROJECT MANAGER IN MELBOURNE
Your new company
My client is seeking a Project Manager with experience in transmission and distribution substation projects, including zone and terminal substations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects for major clients such, with a focus on both D&C BESS developments and substation refurbishments (construct-only).

Your new role
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of substation projects (D&C and refurbishment)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Travel to project sites as required (typically 1–2 times per week)
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager (ideally 5+ years total industry experience)
  • Proven background in substation projects (transmission and/or distribution)
  • Experience working with or delivering projects for utilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
