Your new role

This role will see you responsible for the design, implementation, administration and support of the organisation's IT Infrastructure. You will be dealing with stakeholders, involved in projects and providing hands-on level 3 technical expertise to the organisation. You will work with technical documentation and ensure that security and compliance is met. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding staff on best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong Infrastructure Experience:
    Solid background in systems and networks. Your expertise will drive success.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Windows Server, AD, Linux, VLANs, VMWare/Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, Powershell, Python
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    You excel at analysing complex challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams - strong communication and teamwork are crucial.
  • Certifications:
    Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications or equivalent)
