Your new role
As a User Interface Designer, you’ll step into a dynamic role that blends creativity, research, and technical know-how. In this team, you’ll work across multiple Salesforce development projects, designing intuitive user interfaces for both internal consoles and public-facing portals. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure designs are not only visually engaging but also accessible, compliant, and user-friendly.
You’ll be responsible for:
Creating wireframes and prototypes
Conducting user research and analysis
Championing UX best practices, especially within Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio
Supporting change management and user adoption through training materials and user guides
Ensuring compliance with Federal Government digital experience and accessibility standards
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce UX design
Certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer (essential)
Strong skills in user research, interface design, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0)
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Lightning, and Omnistudio
NV1 security clearance (ideal), minimum Baseline Clearance
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci
Skills in developing in-app training, e-learning, or user documentation
Salesforce Administrator certification
