Your new role
As a User Interface Designer, you’ll step into a dynamic role that blends creativity, research, and technical know-how. In this team, you’ll work across multiple Salesforce development projects, designing intuitive user interfaces for both internal consoles and public-facing portals. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure designs are not only visually engaging but also accessible, compliant, and user-friendly.
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating wireframes and prototypes

  • Conducting user research and analysis

  • Championing UX best practices, especially within Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio

  • Supporting change management and user adoption through training materials and user guides

  • Ensuring compliance with Federal Government digital experience and accessibility standards

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce UX design

  • Certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer (essential)

  • Strong skills in user research, interface design, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0)

  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Lightning, and Omnistudio

  • NV1 security clearance (ideal), minimum Baseline Clearance

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci

  • Skills in developing in-app training, e-learning, or user documentation

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
