• Policy development and compliance
• Change management and WHS oversight
• Driving diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in HR advisory and case management
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Strategic thinking and ability to lead workforce initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
• Experience in WHS and wellness program development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change
