Your new role

Based in Devonport and reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of monthly accounting reports as well as annual reports. With the support of an external accountant, you’ll work with the Finance/Admin team to prepare;
  • Cash Flow forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide financial insights to executives
  • Various Commercial/Financial Analysis
  • Other project work as required
You’ll also maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the broader business and enjoy challenging the way things have historically been done.

What you'll need to succeed

CA/CPA qualified, you’ll be outcome-focused and have the proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
You’ll have well-developed communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset which lends itself to problem-solving. A high-level of proficiency in Excel is also essential, and you’ll enjoy problem solving with key stakeholders right across the organisation. This is an excellent role for someone looking for their first role in industry out of public practice, or their second role within industry!
You’ll also be prepared to undergo a national police check prior to commencement.
