Organisational Design and Change Manager Job for Major Government Operating Model Program

This major government agency is undergoing an enterprise-wide operating model transformation program with major organisational impacts.

Your new role

You will join a large and experienced change team to work on the final stages of the organisational design, due to complete at the end of 2025.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working on operating models and organisational design programs, including organisational structures.
You will have experience working on enterprise change programs across large and complex organisations, ideally across unionised environments.
You will have high-level stakeholder engagement skills, including executive.
This role will not suit change managers with technology program experience, you must have worked extensively on organisational people change.

What you'll get in return

A contract role through to 30/09/25 with a high chance of extension and a competitive daily rate. You will work ina flexible hybrid role 1–2 days a week in the office.
