Your new role
Key duties for this role will include:
Designing and delivering impactful OD and L&D programs
Leadership development etc
Leading initiatives for culture programs and engagement surveys
Creating engaging
eLearning content (video, screen capture, visual design)
Supporting strategic OD initiatives and training delivery
Helping shape career pathways and retention strategies for emerging leaders
What you'll need to succeed
A passionate OD/L&D professional with experience in human services organisations.
Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Tech-savvy and confident with tools like Canva and LMS platforms
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
