A fast-growing organisation in the healthcare software sector is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Business Development team. This internal sales role is designed for a driven and articulate professional who thrives in client-facing environments and wants to make a real impact in improving global healthcare outcomes through tech innovation.
Your new role
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across the healthcare space
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads
- Support the sales team through all stages of the sales cycle including RFP/RFI management, quoting, proposals, and contracting
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and trade show engagements
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability
- Technical sales aptitude and interest in healthcare
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and HubSpot is a bonus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
