Your new company

Based in North Melbourne, this healthcare organisation is looking for a proactive HR advisor to join them for a permanent ongoing role. They are ideally looking for someone to start immediately, paying up to $96k + super.

Your new role

As an HR advisor, you will work alongside a small team managing the end-to-end employee life cycle for assigned business units. Key responsibilities include advisory, employee relations, HR reporting, HRIS management, recruitment, employee engagement and more. You will partner with stakeholders up to director level and work in collaboration with the wider HR team on the continuous improvement of HR initiatives and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience as an HR generalist (3-4 years)
• Experience managing Enterprise Agreements
• Background working in a large-scale organisation
