We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Engineer with strong expertise in the HRSD module, ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP), and Service Management modules. This is a dynamic role focused on platform migration, system administration, and continuous service improvement.
Your new role
- Lead migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP)
- Administer, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Implement workflows, integrations, and automation
- Ensure compliance with Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 security standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support operational environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs
- Promote platform adoption and contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing
Technical Expertise- 3–5 years of ServiceNow development/engineering experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and ATF
- Strong experience with HRSD module configuration and customisation
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of CMDB, ITIL processes, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with ISM security compliance and role-based access control
- ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Application Developer, HRSD preferred)

- Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold a minimum Baseline security clearance. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
- Location: Canberra, ACT-based candidates only, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of the role.
