An exciting new opportunity is available for an L1 Service Desk Analyst at a Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position, and my client is also open to IT graduates with a degree related to IT Infrastructure.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to multiple key clients. You will work closely with the Team leader and be the first point of contact for the company’s client base.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have an IT degree or relevant certifications relative to IT Infrastructure/networking.
- Experience/knowledge of providing first-level technical support to end-users.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Previous experience providing level 1 support is preferable.
