Your new role

As the inaugural Financial Planner, you will be instrumental in building and shaping the Financial Planning Division from the ground up. You’ll operate as an
Authorised Representative
under a reputable AFS licence holder, providing strategic financial advice to a growing client base. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely from home, with travel to the office or client meetings as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the accounting team to deliver integrated financial solutions and drive long-term value for clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner with a strong track record of client success.
• Authorised Representative status under an AFS licence holder (or eligibility to obtain).
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and build a division from scratch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Relevant qualifications in financial planning and compliance with industry standards.
