Your New Role
In this pivotal position as Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the technical execution of enterprise-level digital initiatives. You’ll be responsible for coordinating system enhancements, managing technical schedules and risks, and overseeing recruitment and resource planning. Working closely with project managers and technical leads, you’ll guide release cycles, data migration efforts, and ensure delivery aligns with quality and budget expectations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development
  • At least 2 years in a technical delivery or leadership capacity
  • Expertise in architecting solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
  • Strong technical project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining development/production environments
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Bonus points for experience with Sitecore, BizTalk, or Dynamics CRM
