Your new role
As the Paid Media Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping paid media strategy. You’ll work closely with account managers and oversee two offshore direct reports. This is a strategic and executional role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, looking for a step-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead paid media strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Brief designers and copywriters, set up and optimise campaigns (especially Meta)
Collaborate with account managers to align media strategy with broader client goals
Manage and mentor two offshore team members
Support client growth and contribute to the development of the paid media division
Navigate internal resource planning and stakeholder expectations with confidence
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5+ years in a digital agency environment, ideally in a paid media or performance marketing role
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
- Prior experience briefing creative teams (designers, copywriters) and collaborating cross-functionally
10/10 expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — end-to-end campaign ownership
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads - strategy and oversight
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to push back constructively and prioritise effectively
A growth mindset and readiness to step into a leadership role
