Your new company
Our client, based in East Perth, is seeking a temporary maintenance planner to join their team. This is a temporary arrangement through Hays for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
Conduct asset condition assessments, health modelling, and lifecycle analysis
Develop and maintain asset hierarchies and visualisations using tools like Power BI and Business Objects
Generate and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement
Apply data science and analytical techniques to identify trends and recommend solutions
Create and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies
Develop and optimise schedules using MS Project
Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety excellence
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in infrastructure maintenance planning
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Demonstrated experience with project scheduling tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Deep understanding of safety implications in operations
