HAYS is working with a global manufacturing company who are looking for their next junior Customer Service Representative to join their team in Rivervale, paying up to $55k + super.

Your new role

As the Junior Customer Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer service to all internal and external customers across the APAC Region. You will maintain customer satisfaction by quick problem-solving issues and order management. Your day-to-day will include, but will not be limited too;

• Answering customer requests via phone and email

• Order entry and order release via internal ERP system

• Processing customer quotations, verifying pricing, and advising of stock levels

• Ability to work largely unsupervised

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
