Your new role
This Senior ServiceNow Developer role sits within a division committed to building and optimising enterprise technology platforms that support broad operational goals. You will be responsible for designing, developing and refining solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring technical outcomes align with policy frameworks and performance expectations. The position involves working closely with stakeholders, translating business objectives into effective technical solutions and contributing to platform architecture decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing scalable applications using ServiceNow while maintaining standards for performance, maintainability, and security.
- Interpreting business requirements into actionable development plans and coordinating with relevant teams to execute them.
- Monitoring and evolving platform capabilities to meet future demands and support reliability.
- Providing guidance to colleagues, promoting consistency and technical excellence across the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstratable senior development experience within the ServiceNow environment.
- Recognised ServiceNow certifications to validate your technical expertise (nice-to-have)
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- The ability to mentor team members and contribute to the technical direction of platform enhancements.
