Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll (not just integration)
• Proven leadership in payroll test planning and execution
• Background in Tier 1 payroll projects in large enterprises (preferably financial services)
• Expertise in interpreting enterprise agreements and validating system compliance
• Experience working closely with Test Managers to shape strategy
• Familiarity with ADP systems is advantageous.
• Ability to schedule, execute, and validate all test phases for payroll
