Your new role
As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading testing activities across several concurrent projects, including identity access management, safety and reporting systems, electronic menu management, and cardiology IT upgrades. You will oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and post-implementation monitoring, while providing expert advice to project teams and mentoring testing resources. The role requires strong coordination with stakeholders and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will bring extensive experience in test management, particularly within complex IT environments.
  • Your ability to design and implement effective test strategies, manage defects, and maintain high-quality standards will be key.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities and flexibility to work across multiple projects are essential to succeed in this role.
