Your new role
In this role, you’ll be part of the Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team, working on a newly established CIAM platform. You’ll help design, build and maintain secure identity solutions that support a diverse range of users including participants, providers, carers and more. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll collaborate with architects, stakeholders and other tech teams to solve complex identity challenges and improve digital safety.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Implement CIAM solutions using modern technologies and best practices
Design scalable and user-friendly identity services
Investigate incidents and contribute to platform operations
Develop automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities
Occasionally participate in after-hours on-call support
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Solid experience in software development, particularly in CIAM solutions
Strong understanding of identity platforms like Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping or similar
Ability to design solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements
Experience resolving production issues and maintaining CIAM platforms
A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving technical environment
