Your new role

You’ll join the Health Platform team, working across multiple modern platforms that support a broad range of internal stakeholders and customer groups.
Your primary focus will be managing and maintaining the Splunk and Dynatrace platforms within our cloud environment. You'll handle platform care, ingestion optimisation, and onboarding for new projects and customers.
This is a chance to shape future platform strategy in a large financial services environment—working on complex, critical initiatives during an exciting period of transformation.

• Manage and maintain the Splunk and Dynatrace platforms
• Coordinate projects across multiple application teams
• Drive innovation and capability uplift within the team
• Contribute to planning sessions, stakeholder consultations, and risk management
• Evaluate and support new solution implementations

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace platforms
• Experience in large corporate settings, ideally in banking or insurance
• Passion for tackling complex technical problems and upskilling across tech stacks
  • Technical experience in:
  • Splunk administration and management
  • Dynatrace observability platform
  • ServiceNow Event Management
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset
