Your new role

• Processing and managing customer purchase orders with precision and care
• Organising freight like a logistics pro using our online freight portal
• Issuing invoices and keeping records sharp and up to date
• Providing accurate pricing and product availability, customers will love your clarity.
• Communicating delivery timelines and ETAs with confidence and ease
• Cross-checking warehouse picks to ensure everything leaves exactly as it should
• Keeping our CRM/database neat, tidy, and brimming with current info

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Internal Sales: You know what it takes to keep a busy sales engine humming, bonus points if you’ve worked in blue-collar or industrial environments where hands-on know-how makes all the difference.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You're the kind of person who picks up the phone with a smile and leaves clients feeling heard, helped, and happy.
• Problem-Solving Power: Challenges don’t shake you, they spark your creativity. You can untangle complex issues and find solutions fast.
• Master Multitasker: You're an organisational wizard with top-notch time management. Spreadsheets? CRM systems? Order pipelines? You've got it handled.
