Your new role
Process applications and prepare reports under the GIPA and PPIP Acts.
Work with key internal stakeholders to source and manage information requests
Conduct high-level administrative tasks to ensure privacy and adherence to the GIPA act and privacy standards
Demonstrate high attention to detail in maintaining internal records and keeping their records management systems up to date
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role, particularly in managing GIPA or Government Information requests.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
