Your New Role
As a Project Support Officer, you will provide essential support for a government-backed project.
Success in this role requires a strong focus on customer experience and problem-resolution skills.
Support the processing of applications, including cross-team collaboration (operational and customer service)
Resolve consumer enquiries related to the program in a timely and effective manner
Resolve operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives
Support Senior Project Officers in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on project outcomes.
Actively contribute to building and maintaining a constructive culture within the division, demonstrating self-management and proactively identifying and resolving issues
Practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships, and systems free from racism and discrimination, ensuring people feel safe, valued, and able to participate.
