Your new role

In your new role as a Production Assistant, you will work on a temporary basis for an estimated 5 months, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your role will involve assembly, calibration and testing of products from raw materials to finished goods in their new production facility. Working 8am - 4pm, you will work alongside a team of Production Assistants and will -

• Assemble hardware devices and subassemblies following established processes and instructions
• Calibrate, program, and conduct final testing of devices according to testing schemes.
• Label and package finished goods in line with inventory procedures.
• Adhere to all Group Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Report all workplace incidents according to company procedures
• Proactively report all hazards through the company's hazard reporting process

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will bring -

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
• Sound understanding of electronic circuits and drawing standards
• Sound troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate failure modes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a view to being a part of and developing a team environment
