Hays Technology has proudly partnered with an employer. Of Choice in Brisbane to appoint a Domain Architect to an initial 12-month contract. This role offers 3 days' work from home a week and a strong likelihood of extension.

Your new role

An Enterprise Architect is required within this Domain to ensure that any technology solutions being considered by the Business or Platforms meet the architectural requirements of Corporate Shared Services. While ensuring the integrity of solutions does not interfere with or disrupt the overall CSS DD ecosystem consisting primarily of SAP.

• Strong environmental management and demonstrated substantial experience in developing work in partnership with your team leader to agree performance standards and mutual expectations.
• Develop a domain strategy and roadmap - serving as an integrator function across value streams and technology roadmaps to align product architecture with domain strategy.
• Provides leadership, consultancy, guidance and direction to customers, projects and other stakeholders on the use of Enterprise Architecture and related architecture principles, patterns, guidelines and standards.
• Support the ERP Platform Manager by providing input into the platform's strategic vision and roadmap, and ensuring changes made to the platform align with these artefacts.
• Develop, promote and maintain an integrated Solution Roadmap, encompassing business, maintenance, project and product strategic planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
• Substantial knowledge and demonstrated experience as an enterprise architect or consultant in a complex organisation with a large ICT environment.
• Demonstrated significant ability to provide expert architecture and solution guidance within complex SAP solution landscapes across multiple SAP functional modules, enabling Finance, Assets and Works Management, Procurement, and Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll and EHS).
• Demonstrated significant experience working with SAP environments (project and/or support) in platform technical configuration, programming, functional analysis, solution design and / or solution architecture roles.
• Demonstrated significant experience working in the role of Solution Architect within an operational support or enterprise/solution architecture practice within a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated significant experience developing integrated, business requirement and Enterprise Architecture-aligned strategic architecture and solution roadmaps across SAP and other integrated solutions platforms.
