Your new role
Starting immediately and running through until September, this full-time office-based opportunity will see you engage directly with customers in a contact centre environment. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication to support debt resolution processes, manage customer enquiries, and complete corresponding administrative duties to meet service standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience in a contact centre environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner
Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and efficiency
Solid attention to detail and the capacity to handle administrative tasks with accuracy under pressure
Availability to start ASAP and commit through to September in an on-site capacity in Blackburn
