Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company in the Healthcare Equipment and Technology Solutions sector. Their mission is to deliver high-quality technology-driven solutions that have a direct impact on improving healthcare outcomes. With around 30 ongoing projects, they are looking for a motivated and structured Project Coordinator / Delivery Lead to help manage this exciting and complex project landscape.
Your new role
In this vital role, you will operate at the interface between project teams, management, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of multiple projects within a highly regulated and quality-driven healthcare environment. Combining elements of Project Coordination, Delivery Leadership, and classic Project Management, you will support and guide teams operationally while fostering structure, clarity, and accountability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and overseeing multiple concurrent projects in the healthcare technology environment
- Supporting, guiding, and coaching project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and recognised Project Management principles
- Utilising tools like
Wrike or Jira for project tracking, task management, and visualising workflows - Establishing clear project structures, understanding dependencies, and ensuring effective reporting
- Facilitating workshops, meetings, and whiteboard sessions to visualise progress and obstacles
- Preparing professional presentations, briefings, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards, project quality, and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Project Coordination, Delivery Lead, or Project Management roles
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex, multi-project environments
- Sound understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or Jira
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive structured project delivery
- Solid understanding of project structures, dependencies, and reporting requirements
- IT background or experience in technology-driven project environments is an advantage
- Self-motivated, structured, solution-oriented, with a high standard for quality and precision
