Your new company
One of our regular clients is seeking a Training Administrator for a national support role. This is a temporary vacancy to commence immediately until the end of the year. The role is a full-time office based opportunity with the flexibility to WFH 1 day per week after you are inducted into the organisation (4th to 6th week).
Your new role
The Learning and Development Administrator is responsible for effectively managing and processing purchase orders, sales orders, training scheduling, development pathways program administration, training requests, and supplier contracts.
Day to day includes:
Manage training documentation and reporting Training Requests
Entry of Training Records in the LMS
Maintain supplier register and training documentation / reporting
Support the implementation of new training initiatives and programs
Provide timely and effective administrative services and maintain effective information flows, filing and data systems
Raising Sales and Purchase Orders
Recommendations for training suppliers and courses upon request
Maintenance of the SharePoint page structure, and internal facing pages
Submit applications for eligible incentives related to training contracts
In-house training management
Scheduling and Maintaining Classes within the LMS
Room set up and catering Issue Certificates
Provide support for virtual training sessions, including technical setup and troubleshooting
