Your new role
This role will see you manage a mixed portfolio of business for an insurance brokerage. Your main responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3+ years of insurance broking experience, and be comfortable with managing a portfolio independently. You will also be Tier-1 qualified, and ideally have some further insurance-specific qualifications. Having strong communication skills and an ability to build client relationships is also essential.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a broad workload, where you can manage your own portfolio independently, and build strong relationships with your client base. The company will offer a salary of up to $110,000 plus super, which is negotiable depending on your previous experience. The role offers hybrid working, where you will be in the central Melbourne office 3 days per week.
