Large Government Agency undergoing a 2-year Finance Modernisation Program, transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA using a Greenfield approach.

Your new role

As Principal Integration Analyst, you will deliver integration strategy and design services. You will lead and manage the extensibility aspects of the modernisation implementation, including designing and implementing solutions or extensions that leverage SAP BTP capabilities to meet specific business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge and experience in processes and technologies related to corporate focus areas (e.g. SAP BTP / ERP/SAP S/4 HANA), of human resources (e.g. Aurion), integration platforms, API & Event-Driven Architecture, data integration and transformation, and security and compliance best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement appropriate integration solutions with a focus on establishing clear implementation plans and timeframes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of integration and brokerage technologies that underpin a shared corporate services organisation and the inherent and emerging challenges and opportunities that must be addressed.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the designs and frameworks to drive towards a customer focused vision for integration, recognising and addressing competing priorities and customer needs.
• Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and ability to negotiate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with the needs of the organisation and its customers.
